Rex is the larger rake for coats that release hair by the handful. The sturdy chrome-metal head and firmly fixed pins help lift loose hair from dense coats, while the T-shaped bamboo handle gives a secure hold.

Use calm, even strokes in the direction of coat growth and clear the rake often. It is a robust bit of grooming kit, but technique still wins: never force it through a knot.
