How does the Pupsicle work?
With an infinitely refillable design, The Pupsicle unscrews in the middle, making it super easy to fill, give to your pup, and clean when they’re done. Simply open your Pupsicle, place a refill inside, screw the two hales of the toy back together, and give to your pup for 20+ minutes of independent playtime.
You can fill it with our pre-made, long-lasting Refill Pops, or freeze your dog’s favorite foods into a pop-shaped treat using our 100% food-grade silicone Treat Tray.
How do I freeze treats?
Since the Pupsicle opens in the middle, you can pre-freeze treats for when you need them later! The Treat Tray makes it easy—simply scoop in their favorite foods like yogurt, bone broth, etc. into the Treat Tray, place in the freezer, and you’ll make 4 delicious, homemade refill Pops.
What can I put inside?
Try dog-safe yoghurt, wet food, bone broth, dog-safe peanut butter or your dog’s usual food. Introduce rich ingredients gradually and avoid anything unsafe for dogs, including xylitol.
Do I need the Treat Tray?
No. You can place suitable treats directly inside the Pupsicle. The matching Treat Tray simply makes it easier to prepare four frozen refills at once.
Is the Pupsicle a chew toy?
The standard Pupsicle is an enrichment toy rather than a chew toy. Remove it once the treat is finished. Power Chewer is made from tougher rubber for stronger jaws, but it still requires supervision and is not indestructible.
How do I clean it?
Unscrew the Pupsicle through the middle, rinse away any remaining food and wash it on the top rack of the dishwasher or by hand.
What if my dog is between sizes?
Consider both weight and lower-jaw width. Choose a size your dog can hold and lick comfortably without being able to fit the whole toy in their mouth.
Can I leave my dog alone with the Pupsicle?
Pupsicles are designed to be amazing, durable toys, but no toy is indestructible. Always supervise your dog with toys, especially with big chewers. If you have additional questions about safe play, please consult your vet!
